Orders are shipped via the following carriers:

  • UPS

  • TNT

The seller reserves the right to select or change the shipping carrier based on the destination and region.


3. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are not included in the product price.

  • Shipping costs are displayed separately at checkout.

  • A fixed shipping fee applies, and additional fees are charged for each extra item added to the order.

  • The final shipping cost is clearly shown in the order summary before payment.


4. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Processing times may be extended during public holidays or peak seasons.


5. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on country, region, customs clearance, and seasonal volume.

  • All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


6. Shipment Tracking

  • Once the order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided to the customer.

  • Customers can track their shipment using this number.


7. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses.

  • Trendy Gifts is not responsible for delays, returns, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

  • Reshipping requests may require additional shipping fees.


8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • For damaged deliveries, customers must provide both photo and video evidence.

  • Claims without proper documentation may not be processed.

  • Issues caused by the shipping carrier are handled according to the carrier’s policies.


9. Delays

  • Delays may occur due to public holidays, promotional periods, customs procedures, or force majeure events.

  • Trendy Gifts cannot be held responsible for such delays.
